To enter the National Democracy Challenge, please complete and submit the form below.

Before doing so, read the Challenge Rules. You must submit a creative work that reflects our theme: "Show Canadians how to get ready to vote."

The Challenge is open from August 17, 2015 to 11:59 pm ET on November 9, 2015
